Kantonsschule Zürich Nord

The Kantonsschule Zürich Nord is a secondary school in the City of Zurich recognized to award the federal Swiss “Matura” (A-levels). The education at KZN allows students to study at any Swiss university or institute of technology (ETH or EPFL). Adolescents can also opt for a curriculum of vocational school (FMS), which lasts three years allowing access to a university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule). As one among the largest secondary schools in Switzerland, the KZN offers its students a challenging curriculum in the humanities, mathematic, natural, economic an pedagogic sciences, music and art. All students are also required to study three languages at minimum and attend three lessons of sports.
