Richard Lipsey stated that “Economics is the study of the use of scarce resources to satisfy unlimited human wants” and in fact most social scientists would argue that economics is nothing else but the study of human behaviour and its implications for society at large.

The working group Economy will focus on economic policies and their impact mainly in a European context. There is also a subgroup on Growth and Unemployment, areas that have previously been discussed in our manifestos and are considered of great importance in today’s society.

Join if you like economics. Join if you don’t know whether you like economics. Join to find out more about how the economy works and how the economic policies directly impact you.
